This homemade version is flavoured with the natural sweetness of JOYA\u00ae Apples and a small drizzle of honey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 Rooibos tea bags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 thick slices fresh ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 small or 1 large cinnamon stick, halved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15-30 ml (1-2 tbsp) honey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 litre (4 cups) boiling water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 JOYA\u00ae Apples in the skin, halved and thinly sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ice cubes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place tea bags, ginger, cinnamon and honey in a large jug.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour boiling water over and allow to cool. Infuse for a few hours or overnight in the fridge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the tea bags, ginger and cinnamon.
